Smartphone leaks have increased tremendously over the past years. Thanks to all famous leakers. You can even know literally full specs and design of the upcoming device 1 or 2 months before launch. It is even speculated that brands leak their own devices intentionally to create market hype. Anyhow, the excitement in fans and people doesn’t remain at the time of actual launch of the device.
These leaks reach the Leakers through factory sources like workers or employees working in specific companies. Now this is a boom for both tech bloggers and Leakers as there’s exclusive deals made between them. In this deals what happens is that only the tech blogger site has exclusive rights to publish the leaks in its website/YouTube channel. For this the Leaker is paid by the tech blogging company. And if anyone else uses that exclusive content they have to take permission or give credit to the actual source. Watermarking is done on the leaks to show the originalality of the content.
Recently phones of major brands like Apple and Samsung have been hugely leaked. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 has nothing left to imagination from design to specs everything has been leaked. The design is massive improvement over the previous generation and is sure to sell in millions of units. iPhone 11/ iPhone 2019 design also leaked a couple of weeks ago by Onleaks. It supports triple camera unit with a smaller notch then the iPhone XS. Though it is an very early concept so actual device might be different.

All this plethora of smartphone leaks is very frustrating for the brands as its their confidential information which cannot be unleashed until the official launch date.
