Huawei is one of the largest smartphone manufacturers in the world and on par with the likes of Apple and Samsung. In Inda, it’s sub-brand i.e Honor is giving a though competition to Xiaomi which has been dominating the Indian market by storm recently. It has also been facing some allegations with the US govt. thus no sales in US at the moment. For now, Huawei is gearing up for an event of Huawei P30 series at Paris, France on 26 March, 19.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro is the best device Huawei ever produced. Now it’s gearing up for the launch of its next flagship in the P series known as P30 & the launch is imminent. The device has been leaked in full glory with almost nothing new left to spare if the leaks are true and that time will only tell. Leakster Onleaks showed first glimpse of the device.
The P30 from the leaks looks average with adequate bezels still to be seen at the top as well as at the bottom. Huawei hasn’t pushed itself to the limits. But, who knows this might be the P30 variant whereas the P30 Pro may have a better design and less bezels. It has retained the triple camera set-up once again as found in P20 and Mate 20 series which is a trend setter. Another welcome change is the arrival of thee 3.5mm headphone jack which is just what people want. The headphone jack should never die though.
New Optics-
Earlier this month, Huawei VP of Global Product Marketing, Clement Wong confirmed that P30 Pro will offer a periscope-style camera lens for “super zoom” capabilities and it will be better at capturing low-light photos, reported Android Central. This seems like the same technology that Oppo showcased at the MWC 2019 i.e. 10X lossless zoom. Recently Huawei launched a campaign on Weibo to showoff the optics performance of the P30 and the images do look really amazing.
The launch date for the P30 series is set for 26 March,19 which is less then a month away. The phone is expected to be equipped with in-house SoC , Kirin 980 which is built on 7nm process and found on the Mate 20 Series. It is loaded with AI capabilities. Other rumoured specs include 6.1″ AMOLED Full HD Display with in-display fingerprint scanner and may support 5G as well.
Opinion on Leaks of P30-
The phone may have what it takes to tackle the Galaxy S10 with its new & improved camera performance. If the rumours are true this phone is better then the Mate 20 with all it’s predecessors features and some spice of its own. The game changer would be the headphone has P20 didn’t have it neither did the Mate 20. Huawei still lacks in the software department with its custom skin on top of Android i.e. EMUI and its not a fan favourite. It need a bit of a polishing and less bloaty. So it would be interesting to see how the improve upon that.
