Realme has been in the market for just a year now and it has already been a a threat to well settled brands in that particular past one year. The formula it applied was best specs at very affordable price. Initially, it was a sub brand which came under Oppo but later got separated and now is an own entity in the market. It has used some Oppo’s resources back then and even till date. With this Realme today has announced Realme 3 Pro.
Today Realme launched an awestruck mobile i.e. Realme 3 Pro with pretty decent specs and is a direct target to the star of this segment, the Redmi Note 7 Pro. This phone has a Snapdragon 710 which is first for this segment. Recently Manu Kumar Jain, VP of Xiaomi took to Twitter that Snapdragon 675 (found on Redmi Note 7 Pro) is better then Snapdragon 710 by showing some stats of Antutu benchmark. SD675 scored more then SD710 but in graphics SD710 goes ahead because of the higher GPU Adreno 616 versus Adreno 612 found in SD675. So its just a rivarly going on. One company stabs another and the story continues. Though consumers should have proper knowledge that what is better in what aspect. Other specs include 6.3′ IPS LCD Full HD display. The camera sensor is same as the one found on OnePlus 6T i.e. Sony IMX519 on the back it has 16 MP, f/1.7, 1/2.6″, 1.22µm, Dual Pixel PDAF main camera and 5 MP, f/2.4, depth sensor. The front camera is 25 MP, f/2.0, 1/2.8″, 0.8µm sensor. The battery is massive which is 4045mAh.
The design is all plastic and polycarbonate with some gimmicky patterns on the back of the phone. It has Corning Gorilla 5 protection on the front glass. Another amazing feature includes the VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology. Sadly it is the same old Micro USB port. This was invented by Oppo and now borrowed by Realme. As mentioned earlier, Oppo was the parent company of Realme therefore it uses some of its resources. Realme 3 Pro comes with a 20W charger in the box and that is some impressive thing to do which no one did in this segment. Obviously it has a custom skin, the Color OS 6 with Android 9 Pie. The Color OS is also from Oppo which they have been using in their phones since ages. The phones priced at Rs. 13,999 for the 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM and Rs. 16,999 for the 128GB ROM and 6GB RAM

The Gadgets Hub’s opinion/take on Realme 3 Pro:-
Realme took away the market share like a storm in the past one year. Is “the” brand to beat nowadays. Also it has been rated as No. 1 in terms of quality as claimed by the company. It means that return rates are very low as compared to other players in the market. It would be very exciting to see the rivalries of Redmi Note 7 Pro with the newly launched Realme 3 Pro. The Redmi has its own cons like Ads in the UI and low stocks on the day of sales. Realme obviously doesn’t have any ads and it would be interesting to see if they could keep up with the demand during sales. Realme 3 Pro is fully plastic, whereas most phones are metal or glass. This might be a bummer for some people as to them design also matters. Same goes for the UI, many prefer custom skin and many prefer stock android. The UI can vastly affect the buying decision. Also, When most phones in this range are already adopting USB Type-C, Realme is still stuck with the Micro USB Port. But there can be a reason to that. The VOOC charging has this special Micro USB cable by which using it will initiate the fast charging whereas using any other cable it wont fast charge. The price is exactly similar to Redmi Note 7 Pro and is a bang for buck at that price if buyer is satisfied with the little cons in our opinion.
The first sale of Realme 3 Pro is on 27 April 2019
