Samsung is a smartphone brand with utmost potential with one of the greatest technologies in the industry. Samsung has been striving in the telecommunication industry since decaded even before the new entrants in the Indian market like Xiaomi, Realme etc. To rival these new entrants it launches Samsung Galaxy M series.

Overview of Samsung Galaxy in Midrange

Samsung caters to every price segment from Rs. 5000 to Rs. 70,000 but recently the problem with Samsung was that it wasn’t producing value for money products like its competitors. With the arrival of Xiaomi, Samsung has faced certain difficulties in selling its phones under the range of Rs.20,000. This is because Xiaomi could gave best value for money phones with latest tech and processors which the consumers cherished. On the other hand with Samsung let alone the chipset but Samsung couldn’t even provide basic sensors like Auto-brightness sensor. The reason is still unkown why Samsung didn’t cater to the needs of the consumers while its rivals funnelled into the Indian market like anything. Speculation is that they thought of providing old technology which made the costs low and charged prices touching the sky to gain maximum profit. Other reasons could be that they fooled customers and just for the sake that it has a good brand value in this industry.

After several backlash Samsung finally listened to the feedback of industry experts and its stakeholders and launched a series of phones i.e. M series specifically for the millennials who demand best of technology at that price with less compromises at a nominal price. This is what other brands in this segments have been providing till date and Samsung finally stood up and revamped its decisions and made certain changes like keeping these series of phones online exclusive to cripple down the costs and providing great technology which people deserve at that price. Also removing the existing series of phone in this range of Rs.5000 to Rs.20,000 was another change that it took.

These line of smarthphones by Samsung are sure a bang for the buck after so long. These will surely give competitors a tough competition as Samsung is a brand with great brand value and are still preferred by people around the globe. This changes made by Samsung can change its fortunes.
